These terms cover your use of tpostack.com, including Kits by TPO Stack and TPO Today, run by PWR Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Our software products have their own agreements.
Who the site is for
Mortgage professionals in the United States: loan officers, brokers and the people who work with them.
What the tools are and aren't
- Kits results are estimates from the numbers you enter. A result isn't a Loan Estimate, a Closing Disclosure, a rate quote, an approval, or an offer or commitment to lend.
- PWR Holdings LLC doesn't make, arrange or broker loans through this site.
- Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or underwriting advice. Lender, investor and agency guidelines and the borrower's actual figures decide what applies to a loan.
- Rules change. Where a tool or fact relies on a guideline or regulation, it names the source and the date it was read. Check the current source before relying on it.
Results you share
When you send a result to a borrower or anyone else, by link or PDF, you're responsible for it, including:
- whether it's right for that borrower;
- any disclosure the law requires of you, including rules on advertising credit terms;
- your licensing and your company's policies.
Shared results include a statement that the actual rate, payment and costs could be higher and that the borrower should get an official Loan Estimate before choosing a loan. Don't remove or hide it.

These are short summaries, each linked to its source. The source governs. Mentioning a company, product or program isn't an endorsement. We aren't responsible for other sites.
Use of the site
Don't:
- try to get around the site's security or reach pages that aren't public;
- send automated traffic that burdens the site;
- present a Kits result as coming from a lender, an agency or us;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Ownership
The site, its text and design, and the names TPO Stack, Kits by TPO Stack and TPO Today belong to PWR Holdings LLC. You may use the tools and share their results in your work. Agency and regulatory documents we link to belong to their publishers.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We don't promise it is error-free, complete, current or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PWR Holdings LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss from relying on a result, summary or fact on the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us to use the site in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
Michigan law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
